Frei0r plugins should be endian safe

Description

As reported on the frei0r-dev mailing list, many plugins are not endian safe. For example, you cannot assume bytewise conversion between int32 and RGBA.

All plugins should be checked for endianness issues, and where appropriate the code should be corrected.
