AudioFlow 1.0 - a multi-sources audio mixer and streamer

<br><br>This patch is a fully functional end-user application to mix several<br>audio sources into a final one signal, listen on a local soundsystem,<br>and stream it out to the Internet.

<br><br>* two-channel harddrive audio (ogg/vorbis!) playlists with preview (not so tested) for each channel
<br>* live inputs: mic or line-in from soundcard
<br>* peer2peer send and receive audio signals over the LAN
<br>* record final mix to harddrive
<br>* stream final mix to an Icecast server for Internet broadcast
<br>* MIDI faders (controller 7 : volume) control for levels/mix sliders
<br>* joystick control for levels/mix sliders
