BURNSTATION - Net culture hit the streets
BURNSTATION brings net culture, net music and net radio down to the streets, converting P2P and Net distribution into an F2F (Face to Face) system.
BURNSTATION is an Open Source and non-profit project involving the new means of net distribution through the Internet. Our main objective is to link a public that is familiar with the electronic music industry and but not necessarily with the tools, radios and labels available freely and legally through the Internet.
We thus invited net labels and net radios to participate in this open, non-commercial project by providing us with a list or catalog of the files they would like to share and other information or material that they deem important. The labels submitted some details about their history, their philosophy and their policies concerning the copyrights.
The final interest is that the listeners can edit and burn their own data/audio compilations, all within a legal context and in a public situation.
