Pall Thayer is an Icelandic artist working primarily with computers and networks. His work has been exhibited at galleries and festivals around the world. He currently works and lives in Reykjavik, Iceland.

Pall is an active member of Lorna, the Icelandic Organization for Electronic Arts. He is also an alumni member of the Institute of Everyday Life, Concordia University/Hexagram, Montreal. Pall holds an MFA degree in visual arts from Concordia University, Montreal.
