Gephex is an interactive modular realtime video processing system. New effects are designed in a graphical user interface by composing basic effects into more complex ones. The flow of the videostreams and the parameters of applied effects and mixers can be influenced with external devices like joysticks or midi-controllers. The major desktop platforms Linux, Win32 and Mac OS X are supported by Gephex. The most common use is for complex video jockey like installations.
