Statement:

SolarDuo Project experiments on the possible sound structures that light waves can create. In their performance they play self-made solar panel instruments and use solar data, which is gathered from terrestrial and orbiting solar instruments to create soundscapes. SolarDuo Project also experiments with different sonification possibilities. Solar images used in their performances are taken from ESA/NASA web site. http://soho.nascom.nasa.gov/
